Job Description: Job Summary: The Associate Director, AI Engineering - Operations Transformation will lead the development, deployment, and management of advanced artificial intelligence solutions to drive operational excellence across AbbVie's manufacturing and supply chain operations. This leader will own cross-functional AI initiatives, supporting key operations priorities such as process optimization, quality improvement, automation, predictive analytics, and digital transformation. The role will partner closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Analytics teams to maximize the business value of AI-driven insights and automation in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the AI strategy for Operations, aligning initiatives with AbbVie's strategic priorities for efficiency, quality, and innovation. Identify, curate, and drive high-impact opportunities to apply AI/ML to operational challenges in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and asset management.
