Job Description: The Asset Strategy Leader (ASL) serves as the matrix leader with overall, enterprise wide accountability for an asset from discovery to end of life cycle. Responsibilities Chairs an Asset Strategy Team (AST) and ensures alignment across the five core deliverable teams (Integrated Evidence, Value & Access, Brand , Label & Regulatory, and Product Presentation & Device) partnering effectively with the functional chairs of those subteams to ensure delivery of the asset. In this capacity, serves as the enterprise leader who is the asset's primary point of contact for AbbVie's Pipeline Commercialization Model (PCM) Governance bodies and senior management. Leads the effort to create, articulate, and gain endorsement of an integrated cross-functional strategy for all aspects of product development and commercialization, consistent with the overall strategy articulated by PCM Governance and the Therapeutic Area Strategy Council (TASC).
