As an organization, we are looking for Team8s who are AI-proficient, open to innovation, and skilled in leveraging AI to drive efficiency, automation, and business growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) to design, develop, and optimize scalable enterprise solutions tailored to evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities - Solution Development Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). Develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors/Data Mappers, and FlexCards. Develop custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Configure and optimize Vlocity CPQ including Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), product modeling, pricing rules, promotions, and guided selling. Implement and manage Vlocity Order Management including order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and fulfillment lifecycle. System Integration Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi). Build high-performance Integration Procedures for real-time and batch integrations. Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data flows across enterprise systems. Performance & Quality Optimize Salesforce and OmniStudio solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. Implement AI-enabled automation and intelligent process enhancements where applicable. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of Salesforce Core development experience. 1+ years of Salesforce Industries
