What We Need We're searching for a Lead UI Artist to define and drive the creative vision for our game's user interface. You'll craft the look and feel of the graphic design, ensuring it improves the player experience and aligns seamlessly with the game's overall design. Collaborating with the Art Director, Designers, and Engineers, you'll craft visually compelling and functional interfaces that stand out. What You'll Do - Establish and maintain a distinct UI art style that complements the game's vision. - Design high-quality visuals, from early concepts to polished assets, ensuring consistency throughout. - Lead and mentor the UI team, fostering creativity and upholding high standards. - Work with UX Designers and Engineers to integrate UI smoothly into gameplay. - Implement designs in Unreal Engine or comparable game engines, addressing technical challenges alongside Engineers. - Create motion graphics, animations, and
