What We Need We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to shape how our AAA sports title looks and feels on screen - from cameras and cinematics to crowds, commentary, and broadcast-quality presentation. You'll lead a team of engineers while staying deeply hands-on, partnering with art, design, animation, and production to bring an authentic broadcast experience to life in Unreal Engine 5. We need someone who combines technical breadth with strong leadership and a passion for crafting polished player-facing experiences.
