hybrid Salary not disclosedCustomer Success Manager San Francisco HQ | Hybrid | Remote ABOUT VITALIZE Hospitals still run their most important operations - staffing, labor planning, and capacity - on paper, spreadsheets, and guesswork. It's a system that wastes thousands of hours and millions of dollars every year. Vitalize replaces this with intelligent, automated staffing operations. Our platform brings real-time decision support to clinical leaders, eliminating manual work, reducing unnecessary labor spend, and unlocking patient capacity for hospitals. We've raised more than $30M in total funding, are already live across 20+ hospitals, and are scaling fast. THE ROLE You'll join a small, early CS team that's still being built. Today, our co-founders are still the primary relationship holders for several key executives, and our deployments team is managing active go-lives without a CSM ready to take over the relationship long-term. That changes with this hire. You'll own the full success motion for a portfolio of multi-hospital health systems - from deployment handoff through renewal. That means building a tailored success strategy for each account, running QBRs with C-suite health system leaders, driving ROI narratives with real data, and acting as a strategic thought partner on workforce decisions. You're not executing a playbook - you're designing one. This role is equal parts executive presence, analytical rigor, and cross-functional hustle. You'll work alongside deployments, product, support, and analytics to ensure every customer realizes measurable value from Vitalize and their key executives become referenceable champions within 6-12 months of go-live. hybrid Salary not disclosedStaff Product Designer San Francisco HQ | Hybrid | Remote THE PROBLEM Hospitals still run their most important operations - staffing, labor planning, and capacity - on paper, spreadsheets, and guesswork. AI is increasingly carrying weight inside the product - recommendations, automation, audit trails - which raises the design ceiling and the design risk in equal measure. We're already live across 20+ hospitals, near 8-figures in revenue, and have raised $34M in total funding from top investors. We're scaling fast. THE ROLE You'll be the third product designer at Vitalize, joining to scale how design operates across the company. This is a leading IC role; your impact is measured by what the rest of the team builds because of the infrastructure, patterns, and examples you ship. 1. You'll own complex product surfaces that cross pod boundaries. Recommendation surfaces, AI-driven workflows, data-dense decision-support tools that span the central staffing office, the unit manager, and the nurse. 2. You'll set the standards the team adopts. Taste documents. Pattern examples. Critique norms. The way design rationale gets written, the way design and engineering resolve disagreement, the way customer evidence shapes product moves. 3. You'll work directly with customers. Design at Vitalize starts with real workflows. You'll visit hospitals, observe

Senior Product Engineer, Deployment Platform
San Francisco HQ | Hybrid | Remote
hybrid Salary not disclosedSenior Product Engineer, Deployment Platform San Francisco HQ | Hybrid | Remote BUILDING A WORLD-CLASS COMPANY At Vitalize, we're building toward a future where hospital operations are safe, autonomous, fair, and cost-effective. Today, hospitals still run their most critical workflows (staffing, labor planning, capacity management) on spreadsheets, paper, and gut instinct. This creates massive waste, burnout, and poor patient outcomes. Vitalize replaces this with an intelligent operating system for the hospital workforce. We bring real-time decision support to clinical leaders, eliminate manual work, reduce unnecessary labor spend, and unlock the ability to see more patients across health systems. ABOUT THE ROLE Vitalize's ability to grow is directly correlated to how fast we can deploy. Every new customer requires configuration work that is today largely manual, bespoke, and engineering-dependent. That's the bottleneck - and this role exists to eliminate it. As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll own the internal platform to deploy new health systems to Vitalize. That means building configuration infrastructure that can handle the full complexity and variance of enterprise health systems at scale - and the tooling that lets deployment and customer success operate without engineering in the loop at every step. Time-to-Go-Live and headcount per deployment are direct inputs to revenue capacity - and to how far the product can reach. The goal is to make deployments as close to self-serve SaaS as possible: fast, repeatable, and scalable without linearly growing the team behind them. That's the business outcome this role owns.
