Stelo System Administrator/Support Engineer We are looking for a hands-on Senior SysAdmin / Support Engineer to own the day-to-day maintenance of our internal systems and provide technical support to our Stelo Data Replicator customers. This hybrid role is both internal-facing (infrastructure, users, environments) and external-facing (customer support), ideal for someone comfortable working across a broad but manageable scope in a small company. Key Responsibilities - System Administrator (Internal) - Own the day-to-day maintenance and reliability of our internal infrastructure, handling routine system s , network , and database upkeep across our small but diverse environment. - Administer, maintain , and troubleshoot virtualized infrastructure platforms (e.g., VxRail /VMware) running Windows Server and Linux, focusing on routine maintenance, patching, and performance monitoring. - Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions across AD/Azure AD and internal systems, enforcing least-privilege access and MFA. - Support and maintain cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) for virtual machines, networking, storage, and secure remote access.

Stelo Support Engineer We are looking for a talented and motivated support engineer to join our team and provide excellent technical support for our software, Stelo Data Replicator. As a support engineer, you will be responsible for helping our customers resolve issues and answer questions related to the installation, configuration, performance-tuning and use of our product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working daily with relational databases such as Db2, Oracle, or SQL Server , along with solid networking skills in both on - premise and cloud environments . In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of modern big dat a and data wa rehouse technologies such as Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse), Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery , or comparable platforms, including data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workflows.
