Responsibilities - Assist with the management of active litigation and dispute matters involving Regent and its portfolio companies, including employment, commercial, regulatory, IP, and class action disputes. - Partner with our Legal team to develop case strategies and ensure consistent legal approaches across the portfolio. - Liaise with outside counsel on litigation matters, supporting the selection, engagement, and ongoing management of external legal partners. - Monitor case budgets, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with Regent's objectives. - Conduct legal research and analysis to support pre-litigation strategy and dispute resolution efforts. - Assist with internal investigations and responses to demand letters or regulatory inquiries. - Support responses to subpoenas, regulatory exams, and investigations in coordination with external counsel. - Help prepare required reporting and documentation for regulatory matters. -
