Manage the delivery of all direct campaigns, ensuring they are accurate, delivered to time and to budget, compliant with brand, JSOX and financial promotions. Supporting The Customer Communications Manager in promoting an email direct mail service to dealers. Providing reporting and insight into marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities to increase the scope and performance of direct marketing activity. Financial management of customer communications budgets. Managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers. Working closely with the Marketing team and other business to deliver campaigns and reflect their initiatives in our CRM programme.
