We're focused on growing and diversifying our recruiting efforts, and the candidate landscape is more competitive than ever-your input will be critical as we work to stay ahead of the curve. We're looking for someone who can manage their own pipeline while also bringing fresh ideas to our approach and processes. This will require finding solutions to big, interesting problems while also getting the details right. You will be instrumental in helping to grow our internship and in-house programme pipelines. Your day-to-day work will involve facilitating interviews, sourcing and pipelining, maintaining real-time updates in our applicant tracking system and data reporting tools and assisting with various recruitment events. Our team has a long record of hiring great recruiters and coaching them to their full potential, and we spend a lot of time teaching our new hires the ins and outs of recruiting at Jane Street. This includes a thoughtful onboarding process that offers a deep dive into our big-picture strategy and how it applies to our daily work.
