THE ROLE We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own the West Coast market. You'll be the face of GovDash in San Diego and Los Angeles, embedded in the GovCon community, running events, activating partnerships, and serving as the in-market connection point for a sales team based in New York and D.C. This is an in-person, field-first role. The work happens in rooms, not on Zoom, at NDIA meetups, AFCEA mixers, Gold Coast matchmaking sessions, and the smaller dinners and community gatherings that don't make the conference calendar. If you've spent time in the San Diego GovCon ecosystem, whether through events, recruiting, BD, or community work, and you've built genuine relationships there, we want to talk. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Infrastructure) to take ownership over a portfolio of self-hosted deployments in varied environments, from cloud to air-gapped on-prem, and the software that bootstraps and manages them.
