ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Professional Services Consultant, your work centers on compensation planning cycle configuration, technical integrations, and custom project configuration. You'll run complex compensation planning cycles from configuration through delivery, build the custom outputs customers depend on, and own the setup and migration of third-party integrations and SFTPs. You work autonomously, managing your own projects end-to-end with a high bar for accuracy.
