Employers With 12+ Weeks Paid Parental Leave

Employers and jobs where paid parental-leave filters meet or exceed 12 weeks.

Twelve weeks is a common planning threshold for parental leave searches because it is long enough to support a meaningful break while still broad enough to preserve a useful employer set. This page starts from that threshold and shows open roles where the available benefit data meets or exceeds it.

The filter is intentionally simple: paid parental leave of at least 12 weeks, with verified benefit evidence when present. It does not replace the employer's policy. Leave can differ by birth parent, non-birth parent, adoption, surrogacy, country, state, tenure, employee classification, and recent policy changes. The job cards and employer pages are meant to shorten the research path, not remove the need to read the source.
