Manager, Distribution New York, NY Job Description The Manager, Distribution maximizes Starz Entertainment (STE) subscribers and revenue through collaborative implementation of partnership marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives, coordinating and delivering on base elements of campaigns. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills, as well as the ability to analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make innovative recommendations leading to increased revenue and subscribers. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to execute on multiple projects, working both independently and with a team. The role is customer facing and requires a diligence in follow through, communication internally and externally as well as a keen sense of customer relationships and how they impact the larger distribution team. Responsibilities Work closely with Vice President, Distribution to assist in the development and analysis of marketing plans and sales initiatives to ensure revenue and subscriber growth and expansion of company products and/or services with distribution partners (MVPDs, vMVPD, OTT and/or Mobile). Contributes to strategic initiatives that support contract negotiations, agreements and renewals. Develop and implement marketing and sales channel initiatives for the promotion of STE services and Original Programming resulting in increased sales volume, subscriber retention and revenue growth. Oversee creative development for all assets utilized by partners to promote STARZ across their various sales channels and platforms; manage curation and distribution of assets to affiliate teams. Executive Director, Brand Marketing Los Angeles, CA (Santa Monica) Job Description The STARZ Brand Marketing team defines how the brand shows up in culture - shaping the voice, narrative, and creative expression that connects our content to audiences in meaningful, memorable ways. We lead brand strategy and consumer-facing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance across every STARZ platform. The Executive Director, Brand Marketing is responsible for conceptualizing and driving the execution of high-impact brand initiatives and campaigns. This role ensures that STARZ's brand voice, positioning, and creative expression are distinct, cohesive, and consistently elevated across all touchpoints. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution - partnering across the organization to bring brand initiatives to market in ways that drive both cultural impact and business results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead development of brand strategy and consumer-facing initiatives across the STARZ ecosystem. Conceptualize and lead breakthrough brand campaigns that clearly articulate positioning and resonate deeply with target audiences. Translate brand strategy into actionable frameworks, briefs, and creative direction that guide cross-functional teams and external partners. Uphold and evolve STARZ's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing and brand touchpoints. Partner seamlessly with Creative, Series & Digital Marketing, Media, Distribution, Publicity, Programming, and Product to ensure cohesive and amplified brand expression across series, film, and multi-title campaigns. Lead the strategy and execution of brand activations and experiential initiatives (e.g., cultural moments, festivals, industry events) that drive visibility and cultural relevance.
