Key Responsibilities: Financial Business Partnering - Act as the primary finance business partner for the EMEA Injectables commercial leadership team - Support distributor market performance reviews focused purely on injectable products - Provide financial insight to support pricing strategy, distributor margins, and commercial investments for injectables - Drive financial discipline across distributor agreements, rebates, and commercial programs - Support evaluation of new distributor partnerships for injectable product expansion Performance Management & Reporting - Lead monthly financial performance reviews for Injectables EMEA markets - Analyse revenue, gross margin, and profitability by product, country, and distributor - Identify risks and opportunities versus budget and forecast - Develop financial dashboards to track injectable business performance - Monitor working capital including AR exposure and inventory related to injectables FP&A Responsibilities - Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the Injectables business across EMEA
