We are evolving from a single product into a multi-product platform, operating across both SaaS and on-prem delivery models. We are standardizing shared foundations across teams while continuing to ship. Today, the CTO carries both strategic and operational responsibility. Staff Product Manager, Core Apps US Remote | Remote At NetBox Labs, our mission is to make it easier to build and manage complex networks. As a product company, we do that by developing innovative software for network professionals delivered on-premises and in the cloud. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our Core product team, embedded alongside senior product and engineering stakeholders. You will own the open source community presence, data model evolution, Custom Objects, and Asset Lifecycle and critically, you will drive how NetBox ships as a commercial product, not just as an open source release. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will serve as the connective tissue between Core Engineering, Customer Success, and the downstream product teams building on top of NetBox Core. TechOps Engineer US West Coast | Remote ABOUT THE ROLE NetBox Labs is hiring a TechOps Engineer whose primary mission is to drive a better customer experience across NetBox Labs products. This role sits within Customer Success and focuses on eliminating friction that impacts customer's most: complex escalations, plugin ecosystem risk, and upgrade/compatibility predictability. You'll act as a technical owner for the moments that matter, when customers hit blockers, when upgrades are risky, and when plugins/integrations create uncertainty. You'll partner closely with Support, Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues quickly, prevent repeats, and ship improvements that make the product easier to adopt and operate at scale.
