About the Senior QA Engineer Role: We're looking for an innovative Senior QA Engineer who will lead the production of automated and manual tests to ensure the successful deployment of web and mobile app products. In this role, this person will join a strong and energetic team utilizing the latest in cutting edge technology to make a measurable and visible impact on our organization. The Senior QA Engineer Responsibilities: Works closely with team members and proactively communicates any blockers the project faces. Implements QA best practices acquired through prior experience for QA process improvement. Designs test cases and executes in-sprint testing to ensure the quality of software releases. Facilitates and participates in demos explaining application functionality and/or test scripts that have been written. Reviews Automation testing script. Conducts functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects, ensuring timely bug resolution. Performs root cause analysis to identify and address the underlying causes of defects and quality issues. Develops and maintains test automation frameworks and scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts. Collaborates with DevOps teams to integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing and deployment. Creates quality measurements to track improvement in products. About the QA Engineer II Role: The QA Engineer II will be responsible for the creation of tests to identify issues with software before the product launch.In this role, this person will identify and analyze any bugs and errors found during the test phase, and document them for the review. The person will collaborate with software developers to fix program issues. About the QA Engineer II Responsibilities: - Creates tests to identify software problems and deficiencies. - Analyzes bugs and errors found during tests. - Documents results of tests for the software development team. - Recommends improvements in software to enhance user experience. - Motivates the development process for efficiency and performance. - Investigates product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction. - Works together with the software developers to enhance and improve programs. - Plans, creates and manages the overall Quality Planning strategy. - Researches and compares similar competitor products. - Oversees continuous improvement projects. - Collects quality data. - Identifies key KPIs for product quality. - Maintains updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements. - Collaborates with the development team to understand project requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the testing process. - Develops and executes comprehensive test plans and test cases.
