We're looking for a Product Manager to own search and recommendations at Go1 - the systems that determine whether the right learning reaches the right person at the right time. Today, the burden of relevance sits with the L&D admin. They log in, they search, they scroll. Admins curate manually because the system can't confidently match content to their context. Your job is to flip that. You'll make our search and recommendation systems meaningfully smarter and more personal - so the platform does the heavy lifting instead of the human. This is not a dashboard-factory role.
