This is a unique opportunity and time to get in early and deliver significant portions of the technical roadmap. Key job responsibilities - You lead the design, implementation, and delivery of software in ambiguous and complex problem spaces (at the team level). - You think in terms of architecture, not just code. You proactively work to improve the consistency and integration between your team's software and any related software (owned by other teams). - You take the lead in identifying and solving web app/architecture deficiencies or areas where your team's software bottlenecks the innovation of other teams. You help your team deliver higher quality software faster (or fail faster to get to the right solution). - You are able to communicate your ideas effectively to achieve the right outcome for your team and customer. - You harmonize discordant views and lead the resolution
