Lead Product Designer, AI & Agentic Workflows United States Remote, United States, Canada Remote ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're building a new layer of collaboration, one where people and intelligent systems work together in real time. The Design and Research team turns complexity into clarity, shaping how humans and AI co-create, collaborate, and reason inside a shared visual canvas. We work across product, engineering, and research to define how agentic systems show up in real workflows to enhance human collaboration and to make work better. YOUR MISSION You'll define AI-native features and think at the platform level about how AI agents operate within Mural's platform. You'll design systems where users and agents collaborate on a data-connected, visual canvas, moving from ideas to structured outcomes with shared context. This is not about bolting on AI features. It's about designing behaviors, orchestration, and interaction models for agents that think, act, and adapt to the needs of teams large and small. You'll work across levels, from platform primitives to high-fidelity interactions, shaping how agents understand intent, access data, and participate in collaborative workflows. You'll help define new interaction patterns where control, transparency, and autonomy stay in balance. You'll succeed if you can turn ambiguous, emerging capabilities into clear, usable systems that feel natural inside a visual workspace. WHAT YOU'LL DO Player Responsibilities (Individual Contributor Work): - Use code as a primary design tool to explore ideas, interactions, and system behaviors, especially for agentic workflows - Rapidly prototype concepts using AI-native tools and

Sr. Manager, Organic Growth United States | Remote | Miami, Florida We are ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US. Founded in 2022, we've grown to nearly 200 team members and were named one of LinkedIn's 2025 Top 50 Startups in the United States. We move fast, think big, and love bold ideas that push boundaries (and buttons). From new rewards to fresh game mechanics, every challenge is a chance to innovate and have fun doing it. Our culture is collaborative, curious, and full of laughter because great ideas grow best between coffee, code, and a few epic high-fives. THE ROLE We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Organic Growth to own how Modo shows up across every organic discovery surface that matters - SEO, ASO, and the fast-emerging surfaces of AI and LLM-driven search (GEO). You'll report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing. This is a builder role, not an agency-management role. We're not looking for someone to manage a roster of vendors. We're looking for an operator who has the technical depth to ship the work themselves on SEO and ASO, and the vision to see where organic discovery is heading - and pull Modo there ahead of the category. The brief is simple to say and hard to execute: own how Modo appears on the organic queries that matter to our business, drive measurable user and revenue growth from organic, and make Modo the answer when players are looking
