In this role, you'll own how Baseten plans, invests, and scales the go-to-market organization - from revenue forecasting and capacity planning to compensation design and deal-desk. You'll build the models and analyses that shape pipeline targets, segment-level investment, and quota strategy, and you'll be the finance counterpart in the room when leadership debates resource allocation.
