Partner with forward deployed engineers for technical validation and hand off cleanly to customer success. Responsibilities - Source and qualify opportunities in enterprise and upper mid-market - Run discovery, map stakeholders, and define problem statements - Orchestrate pilots with success metrics and timelines

You will have autonomy to train and fine-tune models and to ship improvements to production. Responsibilities - Train and fine tune OCR, layout, table, and vision-language models - Build evaluation, data curation, and active learning pipelines - Optimize inference, batching, and quantization
