About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to join our growing finance team as Director, Corporate Accounting , owning core accounting operations for corporate accounting while also overseeing our accounts payable function. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for optimizing current accounting and financial reporting processes and building, developing and empowering a high-performing team that can scale with Flex's next phase of growth. You will design and manage well-controlled, efficient accounting processes, leveraging technology and automation to drive operational excellence. Finance Manager, Amazon Flex Finance Bellevue, Washington, USA Amazon Flex is at the forefront of delivery operations, owning a significant piece of Amazon's "Last Mile" delivery strategy at current & into the future. The Flex model utilizes independent contractors to help fulfill "ultrafast" customer deliveries from Amazon.com, Whole Foods, and beyond. Our Finance team works closely with Tech, Product & Program Managers to track performance reporting and support analysis for optimization of labor planning, pricing, routing, and expansion opportunities, which help improve safety, customer quality, and reduce costs.
