About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to join our growing finance team as Director, Corporate Accounting , owning core accounting operations for corporate accounting while also overseeing our accounts payable function. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for optimizing current accounting and financial reporting processes and building, developing and empowering a high-performing team that can scale with Flex's next phase of growth. You will design and manage well-controlled, efficient accounting processes, leveraging technology and automation to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a deep, practical knowledge of US GAAP, strong business acumen, and a strategic, big-picture perspective. We're looking for a hands-on leader who embodies resilience, ownership, and exceptional judgment, and who can navigate comfortably in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
