Job Description: The Opportunity: Mattel is seeking a motivated, passionate, collaborative, and driven Standards and Practices (“S&P”) Associate to review and advise on Mattel TV Studio productions, books, mobile apps and games, and/or other entertainment properties produced by other divisions at Mattel from an S&P perspective, and to assist with product and brand advertising and marketing from a legal perspective. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in standards and practices, content review, legal, or a related field, and will be eager to learn while building strong working relationships with internal partners. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with evolving technology, regulatory considerations, and tight deadlines. This role reports into the Marketing, Advertising, and Content Review Legal Team, and will work closely with other divisions within the Legal Department.
