About the Role As Senior Manager, Product Research , you'll be the dedicated researcher responsible for engaging directly with ShopMy's user base to understand their needs and pain points. You'll partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to help shape product strategy and surface actionable insights to elevate both creator, shopper and brand experience on ShopMy. This is an individual contributor role on the Product team. In this role, you will be expected to independently own and lead complex research projects while contributing to broader team initiatives with growing consistency. About the role… As a Senior Manager on the Client Strategy team at ShopMy, you will serve as a deeply trusted partner to our brand clients - owning day-to-day account management and overall client satisfaction within our Beauty & Wellness pod.The retention of our brands is at the forefront of ShopMy's focus, and you will play a crucial role in our growth, scale, and success.
