We need the right type of leader to ensure that we deliver as reliably as ever to our customers, while making sure our teams deliver on customer obsession. Key job responsibilities Your role and responsibilities in the ICQA Team: - Lead and supervise a team of ICQA Area Managers and of hourly Associates (including Team Leads and Data Analyst) assigned to inventory control, quality assurance and problem solve operations within the fulfillment center - Partner with Operations and other Support teams to establish, influence and adhere to policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with safety programs and SOX regulations - Analyze inventory defects, problem solve issues or customer defects data to identify corresponding actions plan that improve quality -
