POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Director, HDV Business Unit will lead a highly specialized field team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs) tasked with preparing the U.S. market for the anticipated launch of Brelovitug for Hepatitis Delta Virus (HDV), pending regulatory approval. This role is responsible for advancing disease awareness, supporting account readiness, and helping to establish the foundation for appropriate patient identification and management in a market with profound unmet need. HDV represents the most severe form of viral hepatitis, requiring Hepatitis B co-infection for replication and spread. Despite an estimated U.S. prevalence of ~40,000 patients and ~15,000 who are diagnosed, insured, and under care, there are currently no approved therapies in the U.S., underscoring the urgency and importance of this role. This leader must excel at operating in ambiguity-defining strategy, building structure, and driving execution in a market that is still being shaped in real time.
