The System Design and Mission Assurance (SDMA) team plays a foundational role in the company's success, responsible for constructing the safety case and fail-operational design for our autonomous driving robots before public road deployment. In this role, you will: - Oversee and manage the end-to-end SDMA clearance process, ensuring all program stages are executed efficiently while ensuring scalable and robust processes are implemented as the company expands - Lead a team of Technical Program Managers, providing guidance and support for multiple concurrent clearance programs, including live service, early milestone, and clearance - Develop and drive program schedules, milestones, and deliverables related to the safety and clearance of our autonomous robotaxi - Serve as the primary point of contact
