The Manager, Emerging Talent Programs will own and evolve Zoox's emerging talent strategy, with responsibility for the full lifecycle of our emerging careers programs. This role blends hands-on recruiting expertise with program leadership and people management. You will lead a small team of recruiters, partner closely with hiring teams and cross-functional stakeholders, and scale programs that attract, hire, and convert top early-career talent into long-term contributors at Zoox. In this role, you will... - Lead and develop a team of recruiters, providing direction, coaching, and hands-on support across sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing. - Own and scale Zoox's emerging talent programs end-to-end, including sourcing strategy, interview processes, intern experience, offer management, and full-time conversion. - Partner with hiring managers, People Partners, and cross-functional teams to align early-career hiring plans with business needs and headcount priorities. - Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to support university partnerships, programs, and intern recruiting. - Design and execute inclusive early-career recruiting strategies, including targeted outreach and partnerships to support diversity hiring goals. - Represent Zoox at university events,
