Critical components of this role include, reviewing sales contracts and ensuring proper data entry in the billing system, invoice creation and analysis, receiving inbound client communication and assisting clients to resolve billing related questions and concerns. The role will also include collection activities such as customer outreach and analyzing aging reports.
