What You Can Expect Position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering sales contracts and pricing. This includes implementing and maintaining customer pricing based on negotiated contracts in the ERP system, expediting order exceptions, and handling credit/rebill requests due to pricing in addition to the below. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with an expected compensation range of $18.88 to $25 per hour, plus target bonus. How You'll Create Impact Troubleshoots designated accounts and resolves pricing issues per terms of contract following Zimmer Biomet's policies.
