What You Can Expect The HR Coordinator provides first-line HR support to employees and managers by handling HR administration, maintaining employee records, processing contracts, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding. Manages benefits, inputs payroll data, and ensures smooth HR service delivery by tracking efficiency and compliance with internal processes.
