As a Policy Enforcement Manager (PEM) dedicated to enforcing the policies of YouTube's Partner Program, you will help drive the overall strategy and enforcement approach for all policies in this area. The role will require working with a cross-functional team across Policy Development, Product, Engineering, Legal, Ads Policy and Scaled Abuse to operationalize scalable policies that minimize brand risk to the platform while also educating Creators. This role requires thinking through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas (e.g. Reused content, Inauthentic Content, Misleading content, Adult, Kids) while developing processes that are consistent and resilient to protect the ecosystem.
