The Global Civics Partnerships Lead role is at the nexus of this work -- managing a team of Partner Managers, setting and overseeing the global strategy, and managing day-to-day operations. The role is highly cross-functional and global in scope, and the ideal applicant is energized by a collaborative environment, where each day entails balancing projects, ongoing platform operations and coaching and development for the team. As the Global Civics Partnerships Lead, you will drive YouTube's partnership efforts to demonstrate the platform's value as a destination for civic engagement and political discourse. From crafting initiatives that inspire and engage government entities to use YouTube to connect with their constituents, to helping political creators and publishers understand how the platform works, you will lead how YouTube supports a growing political ecosystem across a variety of viewpoints, formats, and types of creators. You will manage a US-based team of Partner Managers and collaborate closely with team members around the world to develop and execute strategy.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
