About this role
Territory Account Executive, RepairPal UNAVAILABLE, UNAVAILABLE, US Summary This role will support the RepairPal function of our business. Established in 2007, RepairPal connects consumers with certified trustworthy vehicle mechanics throughout the United States. Large, trusted companies including USAA, CarMax, and Endurance Vehicle Services send their members and customers to RepairPal Certified shops for high-quality repairs at a fair price. In 2024, RepairPal was acquired by Yelp. RepairPal is looking for a Territory Account Executive responsible for growing our network by calling on auto repair shops to introduce RepairPal Certified and closing sales. This position will be responsible for beginning-to-end sales cycle. The role is primarily inside/remote, though some trade show travel may be required. We'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Yelp, we're looking for great people, not just those who simply check off all the boxes. This is a full-time remote role based in the United States. What you'll do: Manage full sales cycle, from setting demos to closing deals Educate, strategize, and successfully discuss Repair Pal Certified through daily prospecting, consisting of +/- 50 phone calls a day, responding to leads, and through individual prospect development. Create opportunities using Salesforce Follow up on customer agreements Follow up with customers to help expedite the certification process Meet or exceeding established sales targets Assist in developing go-to-market field strategies and processes Develop sales pitches and strategies that produce winning outcomes Manage the sales cycle and business conversations
