This role blends strong instructional design skills with hands-on content development and is ideal for a mid-level L&D professional who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. The role is an individual contributor position, owning assigned workstreams end-to-end while collaborating closely with SMEs, program managers, and senior instructional designers.
