What You Need to Succeed as a Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager at XPO Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in diesel maintenance, repair, and fleet maintenance Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in a related field Current ASE certifications Current CDL Experience in Less‑than‑Truckload (LTL) operations Experience managing teams of 15 or more employees Ability to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends) to support a 24/5 shop operation Experience managing a P&L, budget, and large inventories Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team Excellent time‑management and organizational skills Ability to travel up to 10% What You'll Do As a Fleet Maintenance Operations Manager , you'll oversee a full‑scale maintenance operation and lead a team responsible for keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance.
