Xometry's digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity. We are looking for a strategic, highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our team as we transition our advertising model to a pay-for-performance structure. In this dual-impact role, you will serve as the critical bridge between Marketing, Sales, Yield, and Product teams. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of advertising data-from tracking how we acquire site traffic to optimizing how we monetize that traffic. Your work will directly influence our marketing spend, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize overall revenue and growth. Key Responsibilities Performance & Attribution: Develop sophisticated attribution models and funnel reporting across paid and organic channels to determine ROI based on both short- and long-term outcomes. Yield Optimization: Build and maintain campaign management data and reporting to improve monetization effectiveness and ad performance. Analytics Engineering: Build and maintain robust data models Snowflake (using dbt, Airflow, or similar) that integrate data from Segment, Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable, and ad servers. Strategic Insights: Analyze website traffic, customer conversion/retention, and inventory supply/demand to provide actionable insights for leadership.
