Xaira is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, and London. About the Role As the Accounting Manager, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you will manage and administer all accounting operations and other ad hoc analysis as required. You will help manage a team of contractors supporting day to day functions while laying the groundwork for an in-house team that you will build and grow over time. This is a hands-on , high-impact role where you will have the unique opportunity to create scalable systems, establish best practices, and drive the development of a robust accounting infrastructure that positions Xaira for long-term success. Key Responsibilities - Participate in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close process, preparing journal entries, balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations and analyses for various accounts timely, including but not limited to prepaids, accruals, leases (ASC 842), fixed assets and account reconciliations. - Prepare the monthly management financial packages (with analysis) and other
