About the Role As the Accounting Manager, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you will manage and administer all accounting operations and other ad hoc analysis as required. You will help manage a team of contractors supporting day to day functions while laying the groundwork for an in-house team that you will build and grow over time. This is a hands-on , high-impact role where you will have the unique opportunity to create scalable systems, establish best practices, and drive the development of a robust accounting infrastructure that positions Xaira for long-term success.
