ABOUT THE ROLE: As an Inventory Specialist at xAI, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our Site Operations warehouse. You will organize inventory, manage RMA processes, handle data entry, and ensure accurate tracking of assets to support our data center and infrastructure needs. You are detail-oriented, a quick learner, and excel at following procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will collaborate with Site Operations teams to keep our warehouse running smoothly in a high-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Organize and maintain the Site Operations warehouse area, including shelving, labeling, and optimizing space utilization. - Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, including inspection, documentation, and coordination with vendors for returns and repairs. - Perform accurate data entry for inventory tracking, receipts, shipments, and asset management using internal systems.
