ABOUT THE ROLE: As part of the xAI EHS Team, you will provide timely, clear, and high-quality technical expertise and assist in the implementation of all environmental, health, and safety programs for the construction, expansion, and operation of xAI's advanced AI infrastructure and large-scale compute facilities. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in both environmental and occupational safety, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. We work as a tightly integrated team, and responsibilities will include supporting other programs to ensure the overall success of xAI's mission. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and/or guidelines established by OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, and other relevant regulatory agencies. - Collaborate with department leadership, engineering teams, and facility managers to complete job hazard assessments and implement robust health and safety policies
