ABOUT THE ROLE: We are hiring skilled Electricians to support the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of mission-critical electrical systems for xAI's data centers. You will work on high-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution, backup power systems, grounding, lighting, and process power in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where uptime and safety are paramount. This is a hands-on role ideal for experienced journeyman electricians who thrive in industrial or data center settings and want to contribute directly to groundbreaking AI infrastructure. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Install, terminate, and test electrical systems including underground duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, busways, and grounding. - Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems. - Support commissioning activities: point-to-point checks, functional testing, megger testing, and system energization. - Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, one-line
