ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Documentation Control Specialist at xAI, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of all technical documentation across our data center construction, engineering, and operations projects. You will implement and oversee document control processes that ensure accuracy, traceability, version control, and compliance with internal standards and industry regulations. Working closely with engineering, construction, project management, and quality teams, you will play a key role in enabling fast, organized, and error-free execution of xAI's ambitious infrastructure buildout. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the full lifecycle of project documents including engineering drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, test reports, quality records, permits, as-built drawings, and operations & maintenance manuals. - Implement and maintain document control processes using Aconex, Procore, Bluebeam, SharePoint, and other EDMS platforms.
