About the Role The Senior Financial Analyst is part of a top-tier finance and analytics team which supports business leaders and executives in their efforts to make decisions to implement strategies and operational improvements that enhance the Company's performance. The Senior Financial Analyst will work with business partners to provide business insights and recommendations as well as to execute process improvements based on Company strategy and growth targets. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Day-to-day interaction with divisional business leaders including President and VP level executives along with Sales, Operations and Marketing leadership. Work with business leaders to analyze and determine strategic objectives and identify opportunities to meet those goals Prepare in-depth financial modeling related to business growth
