A Typical Day The Senior Analyst will perform day-to-day, loan-level and commitment-level transactions, demonstrating superior knowledge of systems, processes, departments, policies and procedures, to ensure commitments are settled accurately and timely with respect to all commitment parameters. The senior analyst may mentor and provide guidance for a small team of associates and will also serve as a key management liaison for the transaction management team. The Senior Analyst, CDL Transaction Management will: Demonstrate fluency in execution of more complex transactions (e.g. lock, extension, update, re-lock, renegotiation, cancellation, price inquiries, price updates, pre- and post-closing price adjustments, disclosures, and changes in circumstance) Execute daily reporting routine to validate integrity of commitment pricing and parameters Serve as subject matter expert to handle escalated inquiries and issues with respect to the CDL portal and Loan Origination System, related to all pricing mechanics and pricing related setup Liaise with clients and business partners (including: credit, capital markets, sales, post purchase, accounting and various groups across fulfillment)
