What you'll do The Spectrum Insights & Access Strategy Lead provides the organisation with a strategic, forward-looking understanding of spectrum-related risks, opportunities, and competitive dynamics across all ANTS markets. Reporting directly to the VP, the role interface into the Regulatory and Market Access teams and analyses global spectrum positions, monitors competitor activity, anticipates policy developments, and collaborate/shapes the angles that regulatory teams should pursue. This person ensures the business has a clear view of spectrum threats, market-access implications, and long-range policy trends, translating them into actionable insights that steer product strategy, investment decisions, and external engagement priorities. The day-to-day Maintain a comprehensive view of competitor spectrum holdings, filings, auctions, licensing movements, refarming activity, and regulatory positioning. Develop forward-looking analyses of competitor strategies, including spectrum acquisition pathways, potential partnerships, and anticipated regulatory plays. Produce quarterly deep-dives on industry spectrum strategy, highlighting implications for ANTS. Identify which policy issues matter most to ANTS and work with the Regulatory and Market Access teams to shape the priorities and angles to pursue.
