JOB SUMMARY The Mammography Training Director is a critical leadership role at RadNet. At RadNet, we screen more women for breast cancer than any other provider in the country, and we uphold the highest standards for quality and early detection through the use of state-of-the-art technology. The Director will work closely with the lead mammography technologists and management throughout a determined region of the country. The ideal candidate for this position will possess outstanding leadership, training, communication, and organization skills. They must demonstrate the ability to identify deficiencies in a mammography program. They then must have the skills to create meaningful curriculum and resources that address identified needs. The Training Director will provide regular updates on the status of the program to RadNet executive leadership. By working closely with the lead mammography technologists throughout the region, they will ensure that training is consistently delivered on proper patient positioning techniques and on the operation
