What you'll do As a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic - Electrician, you will maintain and operate about 300,000 square feet of Viasat facilities in Duluth, GA. You will join a Facilities team that manages and maintains building systems, equipment, and assets to ensure high customer happiness. You will ensure that all scheduled / unscheduled maintenance and repairs are communicated and performed in a timely manner. Effective technical, organizational, and communication skills will be critical for managing and supporting contractors, fixing building systems and equipment, and providing general maintenance support across the campus. You will support the planning, scheduling, and execution of small projects such as new equipment installations, minor infrastructure modifications, and renovations. With this multi faceted role, you can be guaranteed that no day will be the same.
