Production Assistant (jnr-mid level) Cape Town, WC, South Africa Company Description: An exciting opportunity has opened up at the Design Studio of THE WREN DESIGN in Muizenberg, Cape Town Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Production Cutting (machine and hand) Packing orders Marking patterns on material Fusing fabric (industrial iron) Punching (machine and by hand with press studs, eyelets and rivets) Foiling (machine) Sewing turning products inside out trimming cutting leather Shop Assisting customers in store with their purchase (from sales pitch to pay point) Finishing Rivets, eyelets, magnets, tip ends (machine and hand) Attaching labels Marking products Sorting products Quality Check Stock Take Stock Management Studio Cleaning Qualifications: Requirements: Must have experience in garment construction, craft, sewing or related.
